Founded in 1999, the College Park Main Street Association, Inc. (CPMSA) is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving, revitalizing, and promoting the historic Main Street and Virginia Avenue Business Districts. As an accredited member of Main Street America, CPMSA operates under the Georgia Main Street Program and the National Main Street Initiative, using historic preservation as a catalyst for economic growth.

Through façade improvements, streetscape enhancements, and business support programs, CPMSA works to maintain Main Street as the city’s historical and economic heart. Our mission is to create a vibrant hub where residents, visitors, and businesses collaborate to foster growth, celebrate community, and honor our rich heritage.

At CPMSA, we believe in strong leadership, accountability, and inclusivity. Together, we are shaping a thriving downtown that is always “Right Around the Corner.”
